  I have been shopping at the Ingles in West Union, SC for over 12 years. Their produce is fresh and I can almost always find what I need or am looking for. Their staff in the deli and fish departments are very helpful. They have very good meat, and if I have a question regarding the meat, the staff behind the counter is very helpful. The check-out clerks and baggers are always very polite and helpful. Also, the pharmacy and its staff is wonderful. I can't say enough good things about how helpful they are . . . they are incredible! Probably the one area that I find somewhat lacking is the friendliness of the managerial staff.As I mentioned, I have been shopping at the Ingles in West Union for 12 years now, spend an average of $200 per week, and when the managers walk by me, they never even smile of nod their head at me. After being in the business world myself for over 40 years, I just find this rather rude. But otherwise, I find Ingles to be a good store. Thank you for letting me voice my opinion.

  Jeff from the meat department is the best!! I locked my keys in my truck and this awesome man comes out of left field with a professional air pump system to get your door open. Thank you so much!
